A question of Love

 A question of Love

You called Yourself Highest of the High.
I haven’t the equipment to measure that.

My scales can’t balance Infinity.
It’s outrageous and preposterous, this claim!

But my heart, nudging my brain,
says, “Let’s buy it!”

In Your precinct, the heart holds authority over the head.
You want me to believe You’re the Christ?

That’s enough for me.  I want what You want.
Faith has become a question of Love.

O child of God, Meher declares himself the Avatar;
offer Him the gift of unquestioning obedience.
